Terms of Service

Talent Shop Sabah (“Talent Shop Sabah”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a talent and marketing agency operated by Borneo Impact Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. 1422511-T), a company incorporated in Malaysia.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, content, and any talent listings, directories, features, or collaborations displayed on the website (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Talent Shop Sabah operates across contemporary marketing and engagement solutions, including but not limited to:

• Talent representation and management

• Talent sourcing, engagement, and procurement

• Digital marketing and content collaborations

• Brand campaigns and partnerships

• Live events, appearances, and experiential activations

We may feature individuals, creators, performers, influencers, hosts, or personalities (collectively, “Talents”) on our Platform.

Talents featured on the Platform may fall under one or more of the following categories:

CONTRACTED TALENTS

Talents who are formally engaged under a written agreement with Talent Shop Sabah.

NON-CONTRACTED TALENTS / TALENT NETWORK

Talents who are not under exclusive or non-exclusive management contracts with Talent Shop Sabah, but who have consented to be featured on our Platform for purposes such as:

• Showcasing work, profiles, or collaborations

• Participation in campaigns, projects, or engagements

• Industry exposure, networking, or publicity

• News features, case studies, or past collaborations

Inclusion on the Platform does not imply representation, exclusivity, or management unless expressly stated in writing.

Listing, featuring, or mentioning a Talent on the Platform does not guarantee:

• Job opportunities

• Paid engagements

• Campaign selection

• Continued inclusion on the Platform

All engagements are subject to client requirements, availability, suitability, commercial terms, and mutual agreement.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, layout, images, videos, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Talent Shop Sabah unless otherwise stated.

Talents grant Talent Shop Sabah a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display approved content (including images, videos, names, and likeness) solely for promotional, portfolio, editorial, or marketing purposes related to our business.

Where Talents provide or approve content to be displayed:

• Talents confirm they have the rights to the content supplied

• Talent Shop Sabah may edit, resize, or adapt content for presentation purposes without altering factual meaning

• Content will not be used in a misleading, defamatory, or unlawful manner

Talent Shop Sabah may introduce Talents to third parties (clients, brands, organisers, or partners). Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Talent Shop Sabah is not liable for disputes between Talents and third parties

• Commercial terms may be negotiated directly or facilitated by Talent Shop Sabah depending on the engagement

• Management of an engagement does not automatically establish representation

Talent Shop Sabah reserves the right to:

• Remove, suspend, or modify any Talent listing

• Update or discontinue any section of the Platform

• Decline to feature any individual without obligation to disclose reasons

Talents may request removal by contacting: admin@talentshopsabah.com

Talent Shop Sabah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on information presented.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
